This certainly went to the right home!  After I shared a picture of this artwork a few weeks ago, Rose H. contacted me about purchasing it. She wrote: "I was born in Brookings Oregon but lived in Texas for 13 years. I had golden hair and beautiful tan skin. I was the Yellow Rose of Texas growing up.” So you can understand why Rose was excited about acquiring this piece. I have a lot of art hanging in my house, and most of it is my own. I have looked at it for so long I don't really notice it any more.
